We currently deliver products across India, including metro cities, towns, and select rural areas. Delivery availability depends on courier partner serviceability for the provided PIN code.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times may vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product weight and dimensions
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or orders above a specified value, as mentioned on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes and products. Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
