Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is missing accessories or parts

⚠️ To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within [7 / 10 / 15] days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or physically damaged products (not reported at delivery time)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, or electrical issues
  • Accessories such as earphones, cables, batteries (if opened)
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@lightsome.site
  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Share clear images or videos of the issue (if applicable)

Our team will review and approve the request.


4. Return Pickup & Inspection

  • Approved returns will be picked up by our logistics partner (where available)
  • Once received, the product will be inspected
  • Approval is subject to verification of the issue

5. Refund Policy

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is provided for defective or damaged products (subject to stock availability)
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • If return pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per our refund timelines

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Most electronics are covered under manufacturer warranty.
